Day one
Yvonne and Ryan picked me up from work and we were dropped of at the airport where we began our trip with a glass of champagne. On the plane we decided to listen to every radio station that we could and danced in our seats to the sappiest song we could listen to... Oh the sappiness. When we got to Sydney two very cool chicks, Jade and Sandra, who worked for Mushroom records, met us. After a brief chat in the car they dropped us of at the hotel we stayed at in Kings Warf. We checked in and then went shopping in Pitt street oh and of course for our usual lunch.. That's right sushi.. Yay!!! I bought a Poncho and Ry bought a jumper...it was a bit chilly. We passed a Krispy Kreme on the way back and debated if we should buy some for Yvonne sorry Yvonne we forgot. We picked up a bottle of wine and started to get ready (wine was crap but company was good). Jade picked us up at 5ish and we went to the Today FM studios, Jessie was running late due to plane cancellation so Jade took us to the Eastern bar and we shared a bottle of wine, while drinking we decided that we love jade and her job she is one cool chicky. Went back upstairs to the radio station and got to meet the hot30 count down crew who were cool and so full of energy, listening to all the calls was funny as especially the ones for Jessie. Yoyo wowed us by sounding as bubbly for the full time we were the despite how busy it was. Jessie arrived and we listened to a couple of songs.. To admit we weren't really fans but after listening to him sing live we both became fans, He is so cool and very talented. There was a big surprise there were strippers for Jessie thanks to the Hot30 funny as to watch then we got in the elevator and rode down with him and chatted with him he is a really cool guy and very down to earth, felt sorry for him that he couldn't just chill and enjoy some of his time but hey that is what he gets paid for. Jade dropped us of at the hotel once again thanks Jade and Sandra you two are so cool and fun oh and thanks to the hot30 crew and mushroom records. We went out to the casino met up with matt then went home.
Day two
Got up and had swim and a sauna then got ready and checked out for the day. Spent first couple of hours jut walking around the city and darling harbour were going to go on boat rides but the times that they got back kept getting longer and longer so we left it and picked up a travel map which we later named the protector (RIP). Then hit the gardens and walked around there for about 5 hours. Around 3pm we went to counterpoint tower but it coast $22 to get in so we decided to go for a coffee on oxford St, Ry had to make the choice coz he hadnt decided on anything all day typical. We decided to go for a drink at the Columbian bar true to fashion turned into many, made a new friend mark the bartender who was great. Around 7 we left that bar and hit stonewall met a drag queen who wanted us to say hello to Trixy so Hello. Then walking home we stopped of at a porn place with porn movies showing and took all the condoms we could get.. Alcohol made us do it!!!!!!!!!!! Realised we were running late thought we were lost and if listening to Ry would have missed our plane got to hotel and got cab who we swear was taking to longest way possible....
Checked into the airport and waited for the plane, which was delayed, we think coz there were drunken ppl. not us. Boarded and took off the new passed out thanks to the drink in our bodies and the pressure of the cabin. Landed and picked up by Scott thanks Scott.
So there that was our trip for this month thanks heaps to everyone and jade and Sandra and the hot 30 crew..... Oh if u get the chance to listen to Jessie live do it he is great. One more month and we do it all again . will be more organised on the whole going home thing
