Ok so this weekend was by far the best weeekend ever in Sydney We left Friday and stayed in the Blue room for about two hours then we got on our plane and flew to Sydney. We arrived caught a cab but went to the wrong hotel as we thought we were at King St Warf but no we were at Liverpool…….. Yes yes we know we should pay more attention…… So the start off wasn’t that great but it gets better don’t worry….. :p While looking for the capital Theatre it started to rain but we found it and were only mildly soaked and brought our tickets to see…… wait for it ……… THE LION KING. This show was the best show ever the performers were just amazing even if your not fan go see it purely for the talent it holds. Well after it finished we were on such a high that it would have been wrong to not go out so in true Katie and Ry fashion we did……….. First we hit the Columbian ( we seem to becoming regulars there) for a few drinks then after a couple of hours we decided to hit the famous ARQ…… sorry to say we were disappointed, but not to worry we made the best of a bad situation we made friends with one of the bar tenders, Brenton, He is pretty cool. After checking into the cloak room and changing numbers with him we left to hit stonewall….. cool in a kind of pub come club kind of place. I think it was around 230am and we met more ppl who decided to take us to Midngiht shift but katie got refuse entry becoz of her shoes, so we went back to the columbian and she got refused entry for being to intoxicated…….. She wasn’t that bad…. Cough Cough. So around three am we decided to collect ourstuff and go back to the hotel on the way home we stopped at a games place and Katie prolaimed she was the Queen of Daytona …… needless to say that she was knocked off her throne and a new queen now sits on it namely RY…… Ok so lets skip to Sat night ( we spent Sat day looking for Bec Cartwright stuff to no avail ). Sat night we went to have Dinner with Bec, Leyton, and the boy’s form Kid couragous…….. IT was so much fun they are the most bubbliest nicest people in the world. Bec and Leyton were nice on their own but as soon as the band came in the energy levels just hit the roof. Dinner went about two hours and it was really a great thing, lots of laughs and lots of stories were told all round. Good Luck to the boys from the band ( anyone who hasn’t heard them do so, you’ll love it) and Good luck to Bec and Leyton with the babie. After a few photos it was time to say good bye so we did then went back to the hotel only to go out again and reapeat Friday night. Around 230 we stopped off at a prono store coz KT had an urge to play cards and the only stores open were porno stores so we played nudie black jack and Jin Rummie …. Sunday finally arrived and we checked out and wondred around Paddy’s Markets for a while they were ok then we met up with Brenton and had a few drinks at the Columbian ( told you we were becoming regulars ) Some how it developed that Ry and Brenton were dating for the past four years and Ry…… see what happens when you leave Katie alone with people for a few minutes ( kidding). After a lazy lunch it was time to leave and go hunting for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts ( the best doughnuts in the world) we looked for ever and almost all over sydney for them but still couldn’t find them so after giving up we left to go to the airport but lwo and behold we found them there …… and got yvonne her present …. She better have liked them !!!!!!! So know we are home again and missing Sydney already but hey we will be back in month,…… hopefully…. Oh on a last note…. So loved dinner with the band and Bec was great hepas and hepas of fun Cheers …
